Shipping policy

What are the shipping terms at RADYS?

• Orders over CHF 100 are shipped free of charge.
• For orders under CHF 100, we charge a small-order surcharge of CHF 11.

We deliver your order directly to the address and contact person you provided. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you and, where possible, offer partial delivery so that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Our delivery times depend on current stock levels. As a rule, we deliver within 3 working days.

If an item is out of stock, you may withdraw from the contract.

Delivery is deemed complete as soon as we have handed your order over to the transport company. From this point onward, you bear the risk during shipping. However, we work exclusively with reliable shipping partners to ensure that your order reaches you safely and quickly.

We use the DHL shipping service for shipment tracking. To send you the tracking information directly, we ask you to provide your mobile phone number when placing your order. This way, you are always informed about the status of your delivery.
