We manufacture around 50% of our products in Europe. Lithuania is the main production country, where we manufacture the fabric and finished products at two vertically integrated producers. We also have the beanies produced in Germany.

Since the company was founded 23 years ago, we have had our technologically sophisticated products manufactured by the same producer in China, because the quality and technology there are clearly superior to what we could find in Europe. Over this long period, we have developed a close partnership and built up extensive expertise together, particularly in kiss-bonding technology.
Today, China is no longer considered a low-cost manufacturing country. Many of the products offered on Asian platforms are no longer manufactured in China at all. Almost all of this production has moved to Vietnam, Bangladesh, and other countries.

The shareholders of Radys AG are five private individuals from the Swiss sporting-goods industry. Philipp Knecht is Chairman of the Board of Directors and the majority shareholder. Our aim is to be an exemplary, well-functioning gem of a company, and we attach at least as much importance to sustainability as to further growth. For example, our online shop is open only in Switzerland, and we also focus on Switzerland in our specialist retail business.
