PFC-Free Collection
A water-repellent finish usually contains polyfluorocarbon (PFC), which is toxic and can significantly harm the environment. That’s why we use a PFC-free impregnation for our weather protection layers, which matches competing products in water repellency.
The only exception is oil, which is less effectively repelled by the PFC-free treatment. However, we gladly accept this rare case for the sake of the environment.
Greenmint Technology
Our eco-friendly approach: The Greenmint technology aligns with our sustainable principles. Natural mint extracts reduce the use of chemicals and synthetic additives in production. 100% renewable materials conserve non-renewable resources and increase the durability of the clothing, thereby minimizing textile waste.
Fabric Loop
On November 12, 2024, the founding of Fabric Loop was officially announced – an important initiative aimed at sustainably transforming the textile industry in Switzerland. The association is the result of a collaboration between seven major Swiss brands and the industry association Swiss Textiles. Radys is proud to be part of this forward-looking initiative as a founding member.
