Which payment methods are accepted at RADYS?
At RADYS, you can conveniently pay with the following payment methods:
- VISA
- Mastercard
- TWINT
Currently, we do not offer payment by invoice, but we are checking if we can make this option available for you in the future.
What are your shipping terms?
What are your shipping terms?
We deliver your order directly to the address and contact person you provide. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you and, if possible, offer a partial delivery so you can receive your order as quickly as possible.
Our delivery times depend on current stock availability. If an item is out of stock, you are of course entitled to withdraw from the contract.
Delivery is considered complete once we hand over your order to the shipping company. From that point on, you bear the shipping risk. However, we work exclusively with reliable shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly.
For shipment tracking, we use DHL’s shipping service. To receive tracking information directly, please provide your mobile phone number when placing your order. This way, you can stay informed about the status of your delivery at all times.

Currently, we do not offer shipping abroad for logistical reasons. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options in the future. If you want to stay up to date, simply sign up for our newsletter – that way you won’t miss any news!
What is my return policy?

You can return the delivered goods within 10 calendar days from the delivery or receipt date. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, complete, and with the delivery note and address label. If the label is missing, please send the return to:

You will bear the return costs (including customs) if the goods were delivered correctly. Items that were specially ordered for you are excluded from the right of return.
After inspection, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method. A depreciation fee will be charged for improper returns.

We repair all RADYS items purchased from us. The repair usually takes a maximum of two weeks. If it takes longer, we will inform you. Please only send in cleaned items; otherwise, we will charge cleaning fees. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or canceled after completion and successful payment, as they are immediately processed and forwarded directly to logistics. However, you have the option to return the goods immediately after receipt. In this case, we will refund the full amount to you.

Redeeming a voucher at RADYS is easy:
- Add the desired items to your shopping cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Enter the voucher code in the designated field and click Redeem.
- The discount will be automatically deducted from the total amount.

To reset your password, please follow these steps:
- Click on Forgot Password? on the login page.
- Enter the email address you used to register your account and submit the form.
- You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
- Click the link and follow the instructions to set a new password.
If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service.
If you no longer remember which email address you used for your account, we unfortunately cannot make any changes or grant access to the account due to data protection reasons.

Here are three simple care tips that apply to all RADYS products:
- Avoid fabric softener: Our materials do not need it to maintain their functionality and structure.
- Close fasteners: Before washing, carefully close all zippers, Velcro, and snap buttons to prevent unnecessary friction and snags.
- Turn inside out: Protect the inside of your clothing and preserve the outer layer from abrasion, especially important for protecting prints and colors.
