RADYS Return Policy

You may return the delivered goods within 10 calendar days of the delivery or receipt date. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, complete and accompanied by the delivery note. Please send your return to:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs (including customs duties), provided the goods were delivered correctly. Articles ordered specifically for you are excluded from the return policy.

After inspection, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method. In the event of an improper return, a reduction in value will be charged.
